Business Intelligence Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, and S&OP leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring seamless alignment across demand, supply, and inventory planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of the plan.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales, inventory, and supply performance.
  • Develop what-if and sensitivity analysis for business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, preferably in FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing industry.
  • Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel & Power BI skills; knowledge of ERP systems (NAV or similar).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of S&OP processes, demand planning, and supply planning.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets and generate business insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday work schedule. No travel is expected for this role.
