Our company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Process Associate.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual with expertise in International KYC, Sanction Screening, and Disputes Credit Card Non-Fraud Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations and analyses to identify unusual or suspicious activities related to transactions or account activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth investigations into complex financial transactions and accounts
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and anomalies that may indicate suspicious activity
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks associated with financial transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws related to money laundering

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
