We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the growth of our pediatric vaccine portfolio. As the Head of Marketing for Pediatric Vaccines, you will be at the forefront of shaping the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives. This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging deep customer insights, data-driven strategies, and innovative approaches to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership and Planning: Develop and lead the strategic marketing direction for the pediatric vaccine portfolio, aligning with global and local business goals.
- Market Insight: Gather and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Campaign Development: Design, execute, and optimize impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital and offline platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams to represent local market needs and ensure alignment with global brand strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, setting clear performance goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters degree in marketing or business administration.
- 10-12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, and 2-3 years in people management.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing market strategies in the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry.
- Experience in lifecycle management, market access, and brand strategy development for a portfolio of products.
