About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Identity Governance Product Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our product development team, you will play a vital role in shaping our next-gen Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for growing the product, scope out product requirements, and create collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.

Your expertise in market research and opportunity mapping will help us understand customer pain points, use cases, and market needs. You will collaborate with Product Design to develop low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that elevate customer experience. Additionally, you will test and release product features by coordinating with the QA team.

You will analyze product performance and adoption post-launch, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in product development, market research, and software/web development. Knowledge of Agile Scrum frameworks, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, databases, and APIs is highly desirable. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with design, engineering, and GTM teams.

We value education and look for candidates who have completed or are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business. Prior experience in crafting PRDs and high-level design wireframes is a plus.

This is a full-time internship requiring 6 months of commitment. You will have the opportunity to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, gaining valuable experience and skills.

  • Prior experience in product development work, doing market research and opportunity mapping
  • Ability to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively
  • Prior software/web development experience and working with the Agile Scrum framework
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs
  • Ability to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, proactively collaborating and communicating with design, engineering, and GTM teams
  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business
