Job Description:

  • The Senior Application Development Leader will be an SME in the field of application development.
  • They will collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks related to software development and maintenance.
  • This role is responsible for making decisions regarding the team's workflow and ensuring that applications are delivered on time.
  • The Senior Application Development Leader will engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Key responsibilities include designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • The candidate will develop and implement software solutions to enhance application functionality, perform code reviews, and provide feedback to ensure code quality.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging applications to resolve issues is also an essential part of this job.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management, experience with software development methodologies and tools, strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL, experience in web application development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Good-To-Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies, knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, understanding of DevOps principles and tools.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git, ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
