Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the development of our web applications.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with expertise in React JS, Redux / Context API, and other relevant technologies.

They will be responsible for designing and developing interactive, reusable, and responsive web components, as well as collaborating with backend teams to integrate microservices through REST APIs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with modular and scalable frontend applications, and will be able to translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

They will also be responsible for ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing for performance, maintaining code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing, troubleshooting and debugging issues across frontend and service integration layers, and participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with React JS, Redux / Context API, React Hooks, React Router, etc.
  • Familiarity with Component Libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.
  • Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and modern build tools.
  • Experience in unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
