Strategic Operations Director Job

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to fill the role of Strategic Operations Director. This key position will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing business strategies, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management. They will possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and procedures to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision, and oversee daily operations to ensure maximum performance and dedication.
  • Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics, and manage relationships with partners/vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in industries such as ship repair & upgradation, shipbuilding, defence technology, equipment sales & services, and weapons & electronics.
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
