Mechanical Design Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and security within our Engineering tools.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product design and development, preferably with a focus on Data Management and PLM.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and PLM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate item records, including consistent naming conventions and data fields selections. You will also be involved in change order creation, including summaries and descriptions, as well as linking relevant processes to items or changes.

You will work closely with engineering teams to resolve integration issues and implement process improvements to enhance data integrity and efficiency. Additionally, you will provide support for data attributes and architecture to enable efficient product design and development.
