Job Opportunity

We are seeking an IT Applications Analyst to join our team. This role involves working with Workday, a leading enterprise software solution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Frontline support for business requests and incidents.
  • End-to-end business process understanding.
  • Issue analysis and solution proposal.
  • Business requirement analysis - includes scoping, discovery meetings and work estimation.
  • Workday enhancement design and implementation.
  • Project documentation creation and maintenance - includes root cause and solution or technical design.
  • Reporting and escalation to management as needed.
  • Maintenance of professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and professional societies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of IT administrative and analytical experience, including root cause analysis, risk assessment, and solution recommendation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday Modules: HCM, Payroll, and Time Absence.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with ticketing/tracking tools like Manage Engine / Service Now / JIRA.
  • 0-2 years of hands-on experience with Enterprise applications like Peoplesoft, Oracle, Workday (HCM / Recruiting / Security).
  • Familiarity with Workday objects like Business Process, Career Site Branding, Domain Policies, Security, Setup Tasks, Workday Document, Recruiting Hub, Job Application Journey, Reports (calculated field).
  • Basics knowledge of SDLC like Waterfall or Scrum methodology.
  • Basics knowledge of Microsoft Office or GSuite and MS Project or similar software.
  • Project management and organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good verbal, written, communication, interpersonal, presentation skills with proven business analytical skills.
  • Ability to start ASAP or within 30 days.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
