Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to manage and maintain SQL Server databases with 1-3 years of hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SQL Server databases.
  • Develop strong knowledge of SQL Server architecture, SSMS, and SQL Agent.
  • Implement CDC using Debezium/Kafka for real-time data sync and understand Always On Availability Groups.
  • Optimize performance/query tuning and debugging of stored procedures and SQL jobs.
  • Establish robust backup/restore strategies, recovery models, and DB maintenance on production support.
  • Collaborate with GitLab/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a SQL Server DBA.
  • Practical skills in SQL Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CDC with Debezium/Kafka for real-time data sync and basic understanding of Always On Availability Groups.
  • Strong proficiency in Performance/Query tuning and debugging of stored procedures and SQL jobs.
  • Knowledge of Backup/Restore strategies, Recovery Models, and DB Maintenance on Production Support.
  • Experience with GitLab/GitHub and CI/CD Pipelines using Tools like Jenkins.
