As a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through the implementation and optimization of Oracle-based solutions for manufacturing and supply chain management. Your expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Demantra Demand Management, and Real-Time Sales and Operations Planning will be instrumental in streamlining processes and enhancing decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Oracle-based solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency
  • Configure and integrate Oracle Demantra Demand Management and Real-Time Sales and Operations Planning to optimize demand forecasting and supply planning
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support business processes and improve data integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle solutions and drive business outcomes

A successful candidate will possess strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, as well as functional experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Domain experience in Purchasing/ASCP/Planning modules and knowledge of project management methodologies are highly desirable.
