As a pivotal member of our team, you will bridge the gap between product development and user experience. Your primary objective is to convert insights into actionable strategies by understanding users deeply and designing experiments that drive key metrics.

  • Own and execute growth experiments across the entire customer journey, from onboarding to retention and referrals
  • Run targeted marketing campaigns with a clear focus on return on investment and customer acquisition cost vs lifetime value
  • Develop high-converting, user-centric copy across landing pages, messaging platforms, and in-product experiences
  • Collaborate with product, content, and sales teams to align go-to-market, messaging, and conversion strategy
  • Leverage AI tools to scale creative production, personalize communication, and automate campaigns
  • Analyze customer funnel and cohort data to identify drop-offs, run rapid A/B tests, and double down on effective strategies
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong ability to act decisively without requiring supervision
  • Experience in growth/product marketing roles at fast-paced B2C startups is essential
  • Deep understanding of users, particularly aspiring professionals in India's Tier 1 landscape
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Synthesia, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and think creatively
