Job Description

As a Performance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and scalability of software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and gather non-functional requirements, derive NFR-based statistics, and create scenario plans for performance testing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting performance testing for on-premises and cloud-based software solutions using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and AppDynamics.
  • Providing well-written documentation, including performance test plans and test summary reports, to stakeholders with details of tests carried out and their results.
  • Hands-on experience in Test Estimation, Test Data Setup, and Defect Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and AppDynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Good to Have Skills
