Programs and projects are critical components of organizational success. As a Program/Project Management Lead, your role will be to oversee the development and implementation of these initiatives to drive business outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate project status.
  • Engage in strategic planning and problem-solving to identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success.
  • Ensure all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Possess deep knowledge and experience in program/project management principles and practices.
  • Influencing and Advisory Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Leadership and Team Management Capabilities: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve desired results.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, build strong relationships, and facilitate collaboration.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Experience with Project Management Tools and Methodologies: Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and control projects.
