Strategic Initiative Manager

A highly skilled Program/Project Management Lead is required to oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert.
- Collaborate and manage teams to perform effectively.
- Responsible for team decisions and initiatives.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making processes.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
- Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes.
- Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Project Management.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Lean Six Sigma Implementations, Agile Program Management, Six Sigma and Analytics.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Ability to effectively manage project resources and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
