Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced analytical solutions for data science projects as an individual contributor.">
  • Collaborate with senior associates to enhance operational efficiency in existing processes.">
  • Generate data-driven ideas and actionable recommendations to improve business excellence.">
  • Apply structured project management with clear documentation and communication.">
  • Maintain SOPs and quality checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.">
  • Manage internal customer expectations across multi-channel analytics and ad-hoc requests.">
  • Support targeting, segmentation, predictive analytics, and resource optimization initiatives.">
  • Explore and integrate generative AI and LLM technologies into analytics workflows.">
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with product development goals.">

Essential Requirements:

">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.">
  • Strong foundation in statistics, predictive analytics, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms.">
  • Proficiency in Python; familiarity with R is a plus.">
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems with creative, data-driven solutions.">
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.">
  • Bachelors degree in a related field; Master of Science or MBA strongly preferred.">
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.">
