Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Taxation Lead to spearhead our organization's tax strategy.

  • Comply with tax laws and regulations, including income tax, GST, and transfer pricing.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Big 4 auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

This role demands a deep understanding of taxation laws, analytical prowess, and stakeholder management skills.

Tax Strategy & Compliance:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive tax strategies to minimize risks and optimize returns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all functions.

Tax Planning & Advisory:

  • Provide strategic tax planning advice to business leaders, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tax-efficient solutions.

Transfer Pricing:

  • Coordinate the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in intercompany transaction pricing and benchmarking studies.

Liaison with Auditors & Consultants:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors, tax consultants, and advisors.
  • Coordinate tax positions, reconciliations, and disclosures during audits and reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Profound knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with tax compliance tools and ERP systems.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
