As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding students through the entire application journey, from initial counselling to final university acceptances.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, preferably in a US, UK, or Canadian institution, along with relevant experience in academic counselling or university admissions. They must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as organisational abilities to manage multiple high-stakes student timelines.

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably from a US, UK, or Canadian institution)
  • 2–4 years of experience in academic counselling, university admissions, or education advisory roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in academic and admissions writing
  • Proven organisational and multitasking abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple high-stakes student timelines
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive – able to build trust with students and families and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally with mentors, editors, and academic leads
  • Familiarity with undergraduate/postgraduate platforms such as Common App, UCAS, and OUAC is strongly preferred
