Job Title: Chief Telecom Officer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our technology strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives. The CTO will oversee technology development, infrastructure, and innovation, while driving competitive advantage and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy Alignment: Develop and align technology strategy with company goals, leveraging business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Resource Management: Manage technological resources for short- and long-term needs, ensuring optimal utilization and resource allocation.
  • Research and Development: Set research and development goals, evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure to drive innovation.
  • Technology Deployment: Create timelines for technology deployment, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Trend Adoption: Discover and adopt new technologies for competitive advantage, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Department Support: Support departments in profitable technology use, fostering a culture of innovation and digital transformation.
  • Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee system infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Quality Assurance and Data Protection: Build quality assurance and data protection frameworks, monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess performance.
  • Communication: Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with technology trends and ensure regulatory compliance, mitigating risks and ensuring legal adherence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven CTO or senior technology leadership experience, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Technology Knowledge: Strong knowledge of technology trends and strategic planning, with excellent analytical and research capabilities.
  • Budgeting and Business Planning: Budgeting and business planning expertise, with effective communication skills.
