Technical Security Leadership Role

This advanced security leadership position requires a visionary professional with extensive experience in managing technical teams and overseeing the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of cybersecurity tools and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other related compliance standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced security programs across the enterprise.
  • Oversee the deployment and optimization of Phishing Simulation, MDM, AD Security, and NAC.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security engineering and L3 teams.
  • Collaborate with GRC, IT Ops, and Risk teams to align security initiatives with compliance standards.
  • Evaluate vendor solutions and manage third-party security integrations.
  • Represent the security function in internal and external audits, assessments, and executive briefings.
Required Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership of technical teams.
  • Proven expertise in deploying and managing enterprise-grade security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
  • Experience in red teaming, threat simulation, or adversary emulation is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP) preferred.
