Job Summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Lead for IBP to join our team in the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and process improvement initiatives across the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement optimized IBP and S&OE processes to enhance short, medium, and long-term quarterly decision-making capabilities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in IBP/S&OE and facilitate discussions with key users.
  • Manage change management activities for process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of new planning solutions and manage regional/BU key users.
  • Partner with other functions to design enterprise planning processes.
  • Collaborate with demand/supply SMEs to ensure an integrated approach to fit-gap analyses.
  • Create functional and integration test scenarios.
  • Identify and validate master data where required.
  • Test and validate unit and integrated processes.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Support and lead stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
  • Develop deep training on the o9 platform for functional design documentation.
  • Participate in various workshops, committees, and cross-functional design sessions.
  • Communicate issues and solutions to broader audiences, including global, regional, and BU business and functional stakeholders.
  • Solve problems as a global team, representing your region and function.
Key Skills Required
  • MDLZ AMEA multi-market experience is essential.
  • Deep expertise in IBP/S&OP/S&OE (10+ years of experience).
  • In-depth understanding of MDLZ commercialization and business model.
  • Background in IT processes and systems (3+ years of experience).
  • Ability to think outside the box and introduce new possibilities.
  • Ability to envision a future-ready operating model in line with the 2030 vision.
  • Agile and growth mindset.
  • Ability to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working.
  • Strong stakeholders' management and influencing skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building.
  • Credible within the organization.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to articulate your position.
  • Prior experience in implementing new planning solutions (O9/OMP/Kinnaxis/Anaplan/SAP, etc.) is a plus.
