Internship Opportunity in 2D Art

We are looking for an ambitious and creative individual to join our team as an Intern - 2D Art. In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with our experienced artists to create captivating visuals for our mobile games.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of the art creation process, from concept art to final assets. You will contribute to the overall visual style of our games by working collaboratively with the art team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Art Asset Creation: Assist in the creation of high-quality 2D art assets, including characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
  • Visual Style Development: Collaborate with the art team to develop and maintain the visual style and aesthetic of our games.
  • Creative Contributions: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual experience of our games.
  • Asset Implementation: Work closely with game designers, animators, and developers to ensure that art assets are implemented correctly and meet technical requirements.
  • Concept Art and Sketches: Assist in creating concept art and sketches to visualize ideas and iterate on designs.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance on art assets, ensuring they meet our high standards and are consistent with the game's style.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your 2D art skills, including character design, environment design, and UI elements.
  • Fundamental Skills: Strong foundational skills in storytelling through pose and composition.
  • Digital Inking and Rendering: Proficient in digital inking and rendering techniques.
  • Concept Art Knowledge: Basic understanding of concept art, including illustration and design.
  • Software Familiarity: Familiarity with Photoshop, Maya, and Max.
  • Passion for Games: Passion for games and a willingness to grow within the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
