Job Overview:

This is a key leadership role that involves managing the transition of projects and processes across various regions and businesses.

  • Create comprehensive transition plans and maintain accurate documentation to track progress and success metrics
  • Provide regular updates and visibility to senior leaders on project timelines, risks, and challenges
  • Implement the organization's transition methodology to deliver high-quality results within agreed scope and timelines
  • Develop and enhance the transition methodology as required
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes and change initiatives
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships throughout the transition process
  • Serve as a guide and support for smaller-scale transitions within business functions
  • Lead strategic projects and process improvement initiatives

We seek an experienced professional who can manage end-to-end transitions and create new opportunities for growth.

You will be responsible for overseeing transitions and projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership and project management skills, preferably with 10-15 years of experience in leading complex transitions, program management, and change management.
