IT Professional Role

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to assume responsibility for network administration and management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal network performance through proactive monitoring and resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide timely incident response and conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify root causes.
  • Pursue opportunities for network enhancement, tuning, and improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6-15 years of experience in network operations and implementation is required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Substantial experience with multiple network/network security platforms is necessary.
  • Candidates with CCNP or CCIE certification are at an advantage.

Candidate Profile:

  • This role is suitable for executives, assistant managers, or managers with leadership potential.
  • Familiarity with Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, F5, Netskope, and NSX technologies is essential.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer-focused skills.

Working Conditions:

  • The position involves rotational shift work and days off on a rotational basis.
  • A flexible work schedule is available.

  • Loading Balancer (F5) or Proxy (Zscaler or Netskope)
