We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Assistant to support our APAC marketing campaigns. This role will focus on coordinating lead generation, promotional activities, and brand awareness efforts across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of all APAC marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate lead generation efforts through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and event promotions.
  • Develop and manage promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters, for campaigns and events.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source merchandise and promotional items, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage expenses and POs for marketing campaigns and events, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Support channel marketing operations, working closely with partners and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
  • Working knowledge of Office Suite and Google Workspace tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with accounting and management platforms, preferably NetSuite.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
