B2B Sales Growth Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding Exospace's client base and contributing to revenue growth. This position involves sales, relationship management, lead closures, and market research to identify potential clients and partners for co-working space memberships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new leads through proactive research and outreach via cold calls, emails, networking events, and other methods.
- Sales and Client Acquisition: Qualify leads, present co-working space offerings, and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients. Customize sales pitches and proposals based on client needs and preferences. Negotiate and close deals efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activity and stay informed about industry trends to effectively position Exospace's offerings. Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development strategies and optimize client acquisition. Work with the community team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Previous internship experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM tools & Microsoft Office.
