Circle Leadership Position

Are you a strategic leader looking to drive business growth and team performance? We're seeking an experienced Circle Manager to lead our local team and contribute to the organization's vision.

• We're looking for a skilled problem solver with expertise in business leadership, able to communicate effectively and provide support to Career FLS/BLs.
• The ideal candidate will possess superior channel understanding, product knowledge, sales skills, and strategic advice on the local market.

1. Provide direct support to Career FLS/BLs to help them achieve business goals and maximize productivity.
2. Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify action steps for improvement, and ensure implementation of developmental plans via trainings and other relevant activities.
3. Support Circle Manager and Associate Circle Heads in the team and help them achieve their own respective performance goals.
4. Oversee Training certifications of SDMs reporting to his/her Circle Managers (0-6 months).
5. Build convictions within the team to uphold high organizational values and ensure business ethics and integrity within the Circle.
6. Maintain healthy agency distribution base by maximizing sales productivity of the Circle and achieving required monthly and annual sales targets.
