The job requires troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and implementing new solutions to improve system performance and security. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting server and infrastructure related issues;
- Maintaining good backup and recovery solutions;
- Managing Active Directory and Group Policies Objects;
- Dominating DHCP, NTP, DNS, SMB/NFS, job scheduling, systems process monitoring, LDAP, certificates management, etc.
- Providing logs for data analysis;
- Supporting other teams in testing, integrating, and validating proprietary applications;
- Implementing new solutions in compliance with cybersecurity standards;
- Supporting and updating servers and infrastructure components according to internal best practices;
- Lifecycle support for Microsoft Windows server family;
- Working with incident management and problem management teams;
- Using ticketing tools for daily activities;
- Providing KPIs to higher management;
- Creating procedures and organizing training for others;
- Understanding new technologies through training and self-study;
- Providing support and training to others when needed;
- Maintaining proper documentation of critical processes and systems;
- Collaborating with other teams on projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in configuring solutions, creating processes, and procedures to attend cybersecurity and market best practices;
- Understanding proprietary solution components and their interactions with infrastructure;
- Developing procedures and processes for troubleshooting and preparing training materials;
- Analyzing, testing, and suggesting improvements to the current environment;
- Supporting team members in creating documentation, task lists, and project plans;
- Solutions trend analysis and recommending improvements;
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure field;
- VMWare operating system family advanced knowledge;
- Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure advanced knowledge;
- Microsoft Windows family advanced knowledge;
- Storage devices advanced knowledge;
- Skill to work under pressure and deliver activities and projects on time.
