Job Title: Enterprise Resiliency Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement resiliency-focused testing strategies for enterprise-grade applications and infrastructure. As a member of our team, you will develop, execute, and maintain test plans, scripts, and scenarios that validate fault tolerance, system recovery, and high availability.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in software testing, QA, or systems engineering with a focus on resiliency testing. They possess a strong understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and database management systems.

  • Develop and implement resiliency-focused testing strategies
  • Design and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios
  • Perform stress, load, chaos, and failure testing
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with teams to recommend improvements
Key Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and database management systems
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Apache JMeter and Rational Performance Tester
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages: Python and Java
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
