As a skilled Interior Project Manager, you will oversee the on-site execution of interior projects from planning through handover, ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution and address concerns promptly.
  • Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to guarantee compliance with design specifications.
  • Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle, mitigating risks and protecting stakeholders' interests.
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and proactively address on-site challenges as they arise, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management to optimize project efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills.
