A Dynamic Role in the Insurance Sector
In this exciting opportunity, you will focus on recruiting top talent for diverse functions, including support, client management, marketing personnel, and other insurance-related positions. This role is perfect for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, define job requirements, and develop sourcing strategies tailored to the insurance industry.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in support, client management, marketing, and other insurance-related functions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support immediate and future hiring needs.
- Handle multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery of candidates across various functions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and insights to advise on market conditions and competitive hiring practices.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the insurance sector.
- Proven experience in recruiting for the insurance sector, with a strong understanding of the industry's non-IT functions and talent requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple roles across various functions efficiently, with a focus on quality and speed.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Knowledge of labor market trends in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
