Your future role involves taking on a new challenge and applying your comprehensive software development lifecycle expertise in a cutting-edge field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of high-quality software baselines that align with Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across the organization to oversee software development resources and activities.
  • Promote software development processes and ensure successful integration of software modules within the Train Control Management System (TCMS) subsystem.
About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of software development in the Railway or Automotive domain.
  • Familiarity with model-based development tools like Matlab/Simulink, Control Build, etc.
  • Knowledge of network protocols like MVB, Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS485.
  • A certification in project management or software engineering.
  • Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years managing a team.
  • Ability to manage work packages for sub-contractors effectively.
