About the Role:

The Hotel Polo Towers (Shillong) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Head Chef to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and hotel kitchens. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of restaurant and hotel kitchens, including hiring, training, and supervising kitchen staff.

Requirements:
