About Us

We are a leading organisation in education and skilling in India. Over the past 26 years, we have established a strong presence across 22 states and union territories, impacting the lives of young people from underserved communities between the ages of 12 to 25 years.

We equip young people with essential life and employability skills to help them move out of poverty and lead sustainable lives through our two distinct programmes - the Adolescent Programme and Livelihood Programme.

The Livelihood Programme prepares youth (18–25 years) for sustainable careers by imparting transferable life and employability skills. We have set up 133 Livelihood Centres, built 1,130+ college partnerships, and established Entrepreneurship Incubation Centres to nurture aspiring entrepreneurs from underserved communities.

We focus on empowering women through skilling, with 60% of the participants being young women. It also expanded into the Peri-Urban and Rural Livelihood Programme, focusing on empowering women in peri-urban and rural areas.

In addition to our urban skilling initiatives, we have empowered over 35 lakh adolescents and 5 lakh youth, enabling their transition from childhood to livelihood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources, staff and local partners to ensure the full offer of Livelihood program is available to youth in the district.
  • Lead a staff team delivering Livelihood program at district level and manage all aspects of their performance.
  • Achieve targets at each stage of intervention including mobilisation, needs assessment, skills training delivery and placement in work or education.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and Computer Skills
  • Ability to multi task and manage people and time
  • Strong People and Communication Skills.

This role requires a Centre Manager who can effectively manage resources, lead a staff team, and achieve targets at each stage of intervention. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of MIS and Computer Skills, ability to multi task and manage people and time, and strong People and Communication Skills.
