Key Responsibilities:
  • Define a Clear Technology Vision: Develop and articulate a forward-looking technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business goals.
  • Own the Technical Roadmap: Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and innovation are embedded across all platforms.
  • Lead Technical Teams: Act as the primary thought leader for all things technology, translating strategic direction into actionable frameworks and solutions.
  • Oversee Product Development: Manage full lifecycle product development, from ideation and prototyping through to launch, scale, and iteration.
  • Making Sound Decisions: Make sound architectural and design decisions across multiple technology stacks, ensuring they meet business needs while being efficient, secure, and future-proof.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.

They will also have experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems, transportation/supply chain software, proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, and strong grasp of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology)
  • Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems, transportation/supply chain software
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering SaaS products
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership
