Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will lead end-to-end program management for pharma data analytics initiatives. This involves defining key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, and ensuring project milestones are achieved.

Key responsibilities include designing and overseeing the development of scalable pharma data models and databases, as well as driving the creation of interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Our ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in business intelligence tools, hands-on experience with databases, and a proven track record in program management, data analytics, or BI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics, business, or related field; an MBA or master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in program management, data analytics, or BI solutions.
  • Strong expertise in BI tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with databases and data modeling.
