Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Sales Professional to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role that involves daily tasks such as developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales meetings, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for training and managing the sales team to achieve targets.
This role requires a minimum 5 plus years of experience in healthcare sales with doctor channel or Med Insurance channels or Corporate channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing support
- Manage customer accounts and resolve any issues that may arise
- Train and mentor sales team members to achieve targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to train and mentor sales team members
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
