Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Data Analyst, with expertise in data modeling, analysis, and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex data transformation programs within the data portfolio.
  • Work collaboratively within agile teams to create world-class products that meet customer needs.
  • Elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements across various stakeholders.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artifacts to enable development teams to develop working products.
  • Understand end-to-end user journeys beyond system limitations.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
  • Develop logical and physical data models adhering to agreed standards and meeting both business and technical expectations.
  • Conduct metadata analysis including entity naming, attribute definition, table design, and column definitions.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid metadata and data-related artifacts.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of experience in data analysis or data modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills covering activities like requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data modeling concepts, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Ability to translate high-level functional data or business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with SDLC & Agile methodologies, problem-solving approach, and excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor, team player, and self-starter with ownership mindset and solution-seeking approach.
  • Excellent rapport-building and relationship-management skills to bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
