Research Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Research Project Manager to lead our research projects. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing research initiatives, including team leadership, project planning, and logistics coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a high level of problem-solving ability.

This is a challenging role that requires a skilled professional who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

The position involves leading project teams, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders, acting as the primary client contact for logistics, overseeing deliverables, and running projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Act as the primary client contact for logistics and oversee deliverables
  • Run projects within budget and ensure effective time management
  • Conduct research activities, including designing high-quality screeners and questionnaires
  • Facilitate client meetings and lead brainstorming sessions

You will also be responsible for initiating client relationships and driving business growth through marketing activities.

Requirements:
  • Strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation
  • 2 years' experience in research-based project support role
  • 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial
  • Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts
  • Solid project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
