Job Title: Senior Scientist - DMPK

About the Position

We seek a highly skilled Senior Scientist with expertise in Design, Monitoring, and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) to lead our research initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing DMPK studies to support antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs, from discovery through IND-enabling stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute DMPK studies to support ADC and mAb programs, including quantification of biologics using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms.
  • Apply advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software to analyze complex DMPK data.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to address ADC-related challenges and deliver integrated solutions from target validation to IND submission.
  • Author and review SOPs, study protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation to support both GLP and non-GLP studies.

Requirements:

  • M. Pharm (Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Analysis) or M.Sc. (Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 12-15 years of experience or Ph.D. with 5 years' experience.
  • Expertise in DMPK principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences.
  • Strong communication, innovation, and team leadership skills.
