Artificial Intelligence Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Research Scientist to develop innovative AI solutions and lead cutting-edge research projects. You will design, implement, and deploy machine learning models that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Design and Develop AI Models: Utilize techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches to design and develop AI models.
  • Fine-Tune Pre-Trained LLMs: Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks and domains.
  • Conduct Research on New Techniques: Conduct research on new techniques for improving the performance and capabilities of AI models.
  • Apply Software Engineering Rigor: Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to AI pipelines.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Model Performance: Evaluate and analyze the performance of AI models.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Latest Advancements: Stay up to date on the latest advancements in AI research.
  • Facilitate Proof-of-Concept Development: Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept AI systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in AI or related fields.
  • Data Pipelines and Deployment: Experience in building data pipelines, deploying AI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with RAG: Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models.
  • Git, Docker, and Linux: Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and a good understanding of Linux for managing servers.
  • Cloud-Based Ecosystems: Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS AI services.
  • AI Frameworks and Tools: Exposure to AI frameworks and tools.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Methodical and Meticulous: Methodical and meticulous towards work and planning.
