About the Team

We're looking for a visionary technologist to drive initiatives that enhance developer experience, accelerate release cycles, and build scalable internal platforms.

As a Staff Engineer, you will lead a team, design and build internal tools/platforms, drive adoption of cloud-native solutions, partner with engineering leaders, and champion best practices.

  • Lead the Developer Productivity / Platform Engineering team and set the vision and execution roadmap.
  • Design and build internal tools/platforms that optimize CI/CD, testing frameworks, and infrastructure automation.
  • Drive adoption of cloud-native solutions such as Kubernetes, AWS, ephemeral environments, and service monitoring tools.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to align developer experience initiatives with org-wide goals and OKRs.
  • Champion best practices around continuous delivery, developer efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Evangelize the team's work internally and externally through workshops, training, cross-team adoption, conferences, blogs, and OSS.

What You Will Need:

  • 8+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years in platform/dev productivity roles.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Spinnaker/Jenkins/ArgoCD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, dynamic test selection, code quality gates, Go, Python, or Java.
  • Experience designing ephemeral environments, monitoring/observability tools, and leading small teams, mentoring engineers, and driving large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong communication and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
