Job Title:
Financial Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely follow-up on vendor invoices and overseeing the invoice processing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely follow-up on vendor invoices
- Oversight of invoice processing and liaison with vendors regarding GST-related matters
- Management of NDC procedures and timely payment of vendor invoices
- Assistance in preparing weekly/monthly reports as required with respect to Accounts Payable
- Development and maintenance of all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the payable process
- Accountability for the timely coordination of Jones Lang LaSalle invoice processing and monitoring of accounts payable, ensuring forecasting & management of cash flow
Reporting, Forecasting, and Planning:
- Assistance to Sub-Regional Finance Manager on monthly, quarterly & ad hoc reporting and variance analyses for client and corporate requirements
Data Management, Policies & Procedures, and Audit:
- Ensuring data integrity of systems across the region and auditing data from time to time
- Maintenance of appropriate process and system controls to guarantee transaction integrity
- Ensuring financial accounting and reporting is audit-worthy and aligns with quality management processes
- Training on financial systems and effective extraction of data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Financial or Accounting
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience in Finance or Accounting
- Strong PC literacy, especially Excel
- Strong English skills, both verbal and writing
