Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts). The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of experience and be certified with a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial, product management, strategic management, and financial management tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing financial advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit financial statements of companies
  • Filing income tax returns on behalf of individuals and businesses
  • Preparing balance sheets and profit/loss accounts
  • Ensuring financial compliance with laws and regulatory standards
  • Providing financial advisory services to clients
  • Evaluating accounting systems and suggesting improvements
  • Conducting forensic accounting investigations
  • Analyzing financial reports to recommend strategies to enhance profitability and growth
  • Preparing business performance reports for management
  • Reviewing budgets, payroll, investments and other finances

Requirements:

  • Experience as a head of operations or in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of data analytics
  • Strong mathematical literacy
  • Excellent organizational and leadership qualities
  • Strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Chartered Accountant certification required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
