Financial Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our end-to-end financial operations, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions in Tally Prime Gold or QuickBooks.
  • Maintain the general ledger, balance statements, and profit and loss accounts.
  • Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations and cash management reports.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable; reconcile financial statements.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Raise invoices to clients based on sales terms and follow up for timely clearance.
  • Maintain legal contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Assist with investor-related work such as issuing certificates of deposit.
  • Prepare, send, and store invoices; contact clients for payment reminders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • A strong understanding of payroll, tax deductions, goods and services tax, accounts reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with financial data.
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams, clients, and vendors.
