Job Summary:
">This is a full-time role for a Procurement Manager (Indirect Procurement) based on-site in Delhi. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement activities, and developing and maintaining relationships with vendors.

- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, human resources, and marketing.">
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.">
- Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and supplier selection processes.">
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.">
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.">
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.">
- Identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk.">
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.">
