Quantitative Aptitude Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced trainer to teach students quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
  • Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to assess students' performance.
  • Guide students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support where needed.
  • Track students' progress through assessments and share feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure students are placement-ready.

 

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong foundation in Mathematics, English Language, and Logic.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
  • Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an advantage.

 

Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Prior experience as a trainer/faculty/coach is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
