We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Salesforce Solutions Architect for our growing Salesforce practice.

The ideal candidate will be actively involved in various facets of growing a profitable business, including:

Growing the Business:
  • Interacting closely with senior client stakeholders to understand requirements for Salesforce solutions and crafting a compelling value proposition to win business.
  • Capturing, translating business requirements into a deeply technical solution architecture.
  • Demonstrating the Salesforce platform, presenting, and articulating KPMG's approach and solution, handling deep technical queries and objections from clients.
Delivering the Business:
  • SUCCESSFULLY delivering Salesforce projects for customers.
  • OWNING the architectural and environment design of the project.
  • COACHING and mentoring development teams to develop a solution that adopts the best development practices and methodologies, considers user experience, meets business needs, and is technically feasible, scalable, and easily maintainable.
Building the Competency:
  • HELPING scale up the competency by attracting, nurturing, and grooming talent.
  • FORECASTING demand for talent, shortlisting, assessing, and hiring the best candidates.
  • CRAFTING a skill-building framework to ensure employees are trained and proficient on the latest Salesforce and adjacent solutions technologies.
Desired Technical Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in architecture design and implementation of enterprise software solutions, with at least 5-6 years of experience in designing and delivering complex, high-volume, enterprise-wide solutions on Salesforce.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise across the Salesforce solution set, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and AI.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, and Integrations.
  • Directly contributing to large project wins by leading the presales effort and interacting with clients.
  • Successful deliveries of large, complex Salesforce programs spanning multiple solutions, integration, and deployments.
  • Creation of IP, solution accelerators, and other innovative solutions on Salesforce that have helped win business or deliver projects successfully.
  • At least one of the Architect certifications is mandatory, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
