Highly Skilled Software Engineering Expert Wanted

As a technical leader, you will be responsible for architecting, delivering, and owning business-critical platforms end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable and efficient software systems using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain complex event pipelines using Kafka and distributed caches.
- Drive engineering excellence by establishing coding standards, automating CI/CD, and championing observability and SRE practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, facilitating architecture reviews and hands-on pair design.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to optimize conversion, retention, and unit economics.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of production software experience, with 3+ years in a staff or tech lead capacity.
- Proven success delivering high-scale, low-latency systems in e-commerce, quick commerce, food-tech, fintech, or similar domains.
- Deep expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, SQL/NoSQL, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
- Solid command of Domain-Driven Design, clean architecture, CAP trade-offs, chaos testing, and cost optimization.
- Passion for mentoring and leadership.
