Quality Assurance Automation Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance initiatives and drive the development of innovative testing solutions.

About This Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled QA engineer to make a significant impact on our software products by designing, developing, and optimizing comprehensive testing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of automation technologies, including Java/Kotlin, Swift, and REST protocol, as well as experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.

A strong background in software testing, along with excellent collaboration and communication skills, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Testing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive testing plans, incorporating test scenarios and automation capabilities to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with the product owner and development team to establish acceptance criteria and develop test cases that meet project requirements.
  • Develop and Optimize Test Frameworks: Design, build, and maintain efficient test frameworks, integrating them into deployment pipelines to streamline testing processes.
  • Participate in Code Reviews: Contribute to code reviews to guarantee thorough coverage of critical test cases and promote best practices within the team.
  • Monitor Test Runs and Application Performance: Continuously monitor test runs, application errors, and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize testing processes.
  • Share Best Practices: Promote a culture of quality excellence by sharing expertise and best practices with the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the organization's goals.
